Finished Basement
This was an empty basement where, together with the client we designed
the layout and a loose plan for finishing touches. The ideas were a work in
progress which all came together beautifully in the end. We framed out walls
and built it from the ground up. I designed the bar area to be a fully
functional wet bar, equipped with an ejection pump system. The back wall
behind the bar is a real brick laminate with custom cabinetry and storage
areas below. Also with a concealed removable panel hiding all the
mechanicals of the house. The bar was finished onsite to perfectly match the
flooring.
